I will never again go to any Tim Hortons, much less this location. I placed a large order on the app, and I was told to wait an hour before picking up food for my family. Not only was our order not ready, but about half of the items we ordered were no longer available because it was after 11 am. Had I skipped the app, I would have been able to get my entire order. The location said they couldn’t give me a refund, and I would have to go through corporate since I used the app. Corporate said they had nothing to do with it; they said that the franchise location would have to refund my purchase and that the manager of the location would contact me. That was over a month ago. Never again.

Every time i go here the food is fine but the service is awful. They also have this terrible habit of overfilling the cups to where coffee is already leaking out of the top, and it spills everywhere when you try to open it even if you are careful. They also just throw donuts with frosting in the bag upside down so frosting gets all over your other items.

Just got a simple order from this tim hortons and they couldn’t get anything right. Got 2 everything bagels TOASTED with cream cheese and both bagels were raw (not toasted). The bags the bagels came in were soggy as if they had been sitting in a puddle for 12 hours. No straws in the bag so we couldn’t drink our drinks until we got home and they were warm. No napkins either so that was the cherry on top of it all.

Good service, they are friendly here. You have to go inside if you don’t want to wait for awhile in their drive through, though. They take one car at a time (car orders, drives forward, pays, and gets their food before they take the next car’s order). It makes their times look good on the timer that is tracked, I’m sure, but it doubles the wait time for the actual customer

I ordered 4 donuts and 1 bagel. Asked for 2 cups of ice water and they wanted to charge me an additional $4. For ice water. I’d understand if it was a bottle of water, but a small cup of ice water should not cost $2. They gave me one napkin with my whole order.

Stopped in at 515am, 75 minutes after opening according to their google page. Wanted to order breakfast sandwiches. Drive thru window response was “I do not start my breakfast until 530am”. How does this make sense? You’re a coffee and “bake shop”. 60% of your drive thru window display is breakfast sandwiches. I was then allowed to order a bagel – not a breakfast sandwich evidently. Dunkin’ Donuts it is from here on out.
