Like I said in previous reviews, customer service means everything to me. From start to finish, I was only there approximately 8 minutes. That was from the time I pulled into the parking lot, to the time I was through the entire drive-thru line and on my way. I’m sure it would have been faster had the person in front of me knew what they wanted to order when they got up to the speaker. But I was very happy with the speed of service considering it was 8:30 in the morning on a Friday. The lady on the speaker was super nice and polite and that transition right onto the gentleman that handed me my food at the window. I will definitely visit this Tim Hortons again!

Just went through the drive thru. They were backed up and I asked if I could come in and pick up my iced coffee, which I ordered and paid for on the app. I was told the lobby was backed up also. I still decided to get out of the drive thru and go in. There was no one in line in the lobby. They didn’t look short staffed, there was only a few people sitting and eating, not sure where the back up was at. There was no reason for the attitude I received either. My iced coffee was sitting there and all she needed to do was hand it to me.

I don’t know who was working today( March 31st at noon) but my cinnamon sugar cold brew with cold foam was made better today than any other time I’ve gotten it. I’d even say it was better or equal to most of the Starbucks drinks that I’ve gotten and for half the price. So whoever was working then great job. 11/10

Very slow. Idk if they are understaffed or what but they are so slow!! And my muffin was so dry. And try acted frustrated with me when I asked for a napkin and a small cup of ice/or cubes. If there was another coffee shop nearby if def go there instead!!!

I don’t know about you guys but this ain’t a bagel and cream to me. It’s like they used what was left on the knife instead of redipping it to get anything more. Just barely enough to make you think it’s there when in reality it’s not. Both my bagels were like this.
