I made an order for the amount of $26 dollars and all I had on me was $100 bill I was told we do not Accept $100 bills because of counterfeit money I said “no problem I understand but that’s all I have” Now I do understand they have rules but the way they said it to me was very disrespectful and very rude. The Team at the Richmond location needs to do a team meeting and TRAIN on how to talk to customers they are very rude over staffed and need serous training always a long line as well please fix this issue. I lived in Richmond, my whole life and graduated from Armada high school. I got treated like garbage also if you guys can’t tell how to check money you have no business being in business.

I typically don’t have an issue with Tim’s but the Richmond one always has issues ! I believe kindness is KEY & the customer service is just rude 80% of the time . A lot of people I know refuse to go to this location because , of how rude people are at the drive -thru. I’ve worked in customer service & if you cannot be patient and KIND, You should not be a worker there .

This location is the only one I’ve ever been to that has straight up refused to butter my croissant. Then they handed me my coffee drink completely unstirred and when I asked for it to be stirred, the girl in the drive thru tried arguing that it doesn’t come stirred (the picture on the screen showed it stirred and even if it didn’t.. it isn’t a lot to ask to have a barista stir your coffee.) so took a dramatic “okay” and eyeroll from the employee before I could get that and be on my way to work.

I always get a croissant toasted AND BUTTERED from Timmy’s in the morning. I don’t know why, but this is the only location that like REFUSES to butter my croissant for me. I drive 2+ hours to work every morning. I don’t want to be risking my life to butter this thing on the freeway, when I literally order it buttered. They can’t get a drink order correct for the life of them here either. Always way too sweet, and I love me some sugary coffee .

I’ve never felt so disrespected from a drive thru assistant who is supposed to value customer service. Today (Saturday, June 16th at 9:50 am EST) I got the snottiest girl taking my order. My son is partially deaf and she made fun of him, laughed, said we need to hear her correctly and that’s “not what I said” and to pay attention. After her rude tones – we continued to the payment window and I kindly let the lady know my coffee was milk white with so much cream and to please fill some new coffee inside. She grabbed a chart to prove to me she was right and I asked her to please get me a new one. She told me no and to get off her property or she’d call the police. This is after a 17 min wait in line, too. I will never come here again.

Employees are exceptionally rude. Just this morning I was at the drive through placing my order and the menu changed to lunch while was ordering. Was told I’d have to order from the lunch menu. I frequently get drinks from here that are just wrong. Like flat/watery sunrise sunsets with hardly any syrup or three cubes of ice. I won’t be coming back.

Coffee was okay, but the woman taking our order was terrible and rude. She was giving us attitude and seemed clearly agitated that we had placed a mobile order. She told us that “we don’t do that here” even though the app clearly said that they did and allowed us to order. She then proceeded to get even more snarky with us when we told her we would still like what we ordered. If you’re that miserable at your job, there are 1000 other ones you could pursue. Don’t work in a coffee shop if you’re going to get upset about serving people coffee 🙂

The bagel belt was cold and the lettuce was brown. The pop was just soda water with brown coloring and watermelon drink was terrible. They have smoothie on the menu but never have them. Won’t be or waste my time or money there again.

Sandwiches were gross, coffee tasted like dish water, employees were rude. They constantly have the dining are closed so you can never go in. This will be the second location that I’ve complained about in the past week. Tim hortons needs to do better. Get it together.
