I ordered a lage coffee. I received a half full microwaved coffee. When I called to get it replaced I was told they can not replace it on a later date even if you can not return the day they made the mistake. And when I asked for a Manger or shift Manger I was told that I need to wait and call back tomorrow because the mangers on the shift are not able to do replacements even though I was told to turn around and bring the half full coffee back and they would replace it.

This specific Tim Hortons has a limited menu in frankly, I’ve been disappoint ed in the quality of service. Even despite my best efforts, the staff has warmed up to me slowly and we make a nice sandwich and coffee combo in the morning.

We really enjoy Tim Horton’s as a brand in general but we cannot stand this location. It is closest for us so we have given this store PLENTY of chances. It has gotten worse in the last few years. Our order is incorrect 7+ times out of 10, and it’s usually my menu item that is incorrect or we are missing items. Usually contents in our breakfast sandwiches are missing. The Bagel BELT even has its contents in it’s acronym name.

A very bad customer service place. I went 45 mins before closing and they didn’t even take my drive thru order. I could see people inside but no one wanted to help me. How will they run business with such bad management. Can’t even serve me a single cup of coffee and they call themselves coffee shop. A very bad experience. They should shut this place down instead of wasting money. I recommend no one to come here and waste your time.

I don’t like being cheated! Inflation is bad enough, I didn’t appreciate my drink being underfilled at this location. Usually it is filled to at least near the cup rim and then the whipped cream fills the space in the topper. I’ll choose a different location next time.
