staff cannot take a single order correctly. everytime i’ve gone to this location my order is never correct. i asked for a iced coffee with extra caramel and a sugar packet and was handed a dark bitter coffee which im guessing is a cold crew. th has great bagels but this location is just horrible. i keep trying it change after chance but still. staff is also rude

The absolute worse staff ever! Rude beyond words!! Every single time! Thankfully , I had a passenger in my car who witnessed how rude they were…I thought maybe I was being sensitive. I have absolutely no idea how the manager got her position!!! She has zero customer service skills! I drive two miles away so I don’t have to deal with their negativity…..this location is a quarter of a mile away from my house.

This was the worst service I’ve ever recieved. The worker was yelling at a customer before me then when I pulled thru the drive thru she started to yell at me. The door was locked so I could not go in and talk to a manager. This is about 7:30 am on 8/31/2023. Will never come back here.

I’ll give it to Tim Hortons with getting customers in and out quickly through a drive-thru. Other than that, I’ve tried a few different cold or blended coffee drinks, and the photos don’t look anything like what I get, flavor overall is awful, and I was really feeling hopeful that with how many are around, that they all couldn’t be so bad: but they are. I’m not sure if it’s because I’ve come from SoCal to Michigan and I know what better tasting coffee tastes like, but I can’t do their coffee. I’ll have to try other things, and maybe my opinion might change. And no, I don’t go to Starbucks often bc of cost and acidity in their coffee, so there isn’t a comparison to them there. I will say that TH isn’t as acidic in flavor, it’s just depressing in flavor.

I used to like this tim hortons but it definitely went down hill over the years. The employees are not very nice and my order is always wrong. There was one time i asked them to remake my coffee 3 times and they were annoyed they had to do that. Other times i go there and the coffee is burnt, nasty, and has coffee grounds floating at the top. I am pretty lenient and i usually just deal with it but im tired of just accepting the wrong items. Its frustrating when its money that i am wasting just so i dont “inconvenience” the employees. I gave my chances so i dont think i will be coming back any time soon.

Worst experience at a Donut shop. Lady taking my order had an attitude and was being difficult. I ordered a dozen and a coffee. The Donuts are for kids and she said I couldn’t pick what Donuts would be in the dozen. Never had that happen at any Tim Horton before. The coffee was supposed to be large and they gave me a small. No cream no sugar. Unbelievable. Go to the other one down the street.

THE WORST Tim Hortons I’ve EVER been to the people who work here couldn’t hate their job more. The lady in the drive through has a terrible attitude. My favorite part though is when they just toss the hash browns, unwrapped on top of the bag of food.
