I used to go to Tim Hortons faithfully, 1 1/2 ago. The guys at the counter were so nice and friendly. I recently moved back and everything has changed. I have to beg for milk in my coffee. One morning it spilled on me and I had a small blister, the coffee was so hot.

I live super close, so this was my go to until today. I’m 8 months pregnant. Cannot have whole milk, so I asked for oat milk. I’m always very polite to service workers, the general public can be harsh. I couldn’t even get my whole order out. She gave me the total and I said “I wasn’t done ma’am. She then laughed at me. So I said “are you kidding me right now?” Queue another laugh. I grabbed my stuff at the window. The lady did not say a word to me. Not gonna lie, I almost gave into my pregnancy hormones and threw my drink at the window. However, I did not want to end up going viral haha.

After my long review some how it’s suddenly gone. This time Hortons has completely lost my business. From doing a horrible job on my daughters birthday cake and not doing anything about it to deleting my review that gave exact details of my experience. This place needs better management. The employees are not even happy to be there. If they even cared about their customers they would try to do something to keep them happy. I’m not even one that complains but this location gave me no choice when they didn’t what to do anything for me. Spent $50 on a cake that went in the garbage. If you need a cake go to another cold stone this was my first and last time ordering an ice cream cake from this location. They’re also more expensive than other locations.

Ordered an ice cap on the Tim app for this location. When I arrived they did not have ice caps available and told me they could not give me a refund as I ordered on the app. I opened a ticket with support on the app as advised by the supervisor on duty. Support told me only the store can only give a refund. This location is fraudulent and is keeping your money without providing product. I cannot recommend going here.

Has to be the worst Tim Hortons in the ENTIRE Michigan. I’ve given this place so many chances. Every morning the coffee sucks. The service is EXTREMELY SLOW. Only reason I keep coming back is proximity. But I would definitely try to find an alternative.

I go hear bc it’s close to my house and I think I’ve gotten the correct order one time. They also never give you your receipt in the drive thru so you can’t get a correction on your order.

3 or four people were working behind the counter. We ordered our food and went to find a seat to wait at. Every table had crumbs or smears of food on it. The floor had used napkins, plastic spoons, food everywhere you looked. There was a large puddle of water on the floor in front of the counter. We were the only two in the place. I didn’t understand how it could be so filthy with no customers. Maybe it gets cleaned once in the morning before the manager/owner pops in. RIDICULOUS.
