Fantastic service. 5/10/23 I stopped in for an ice cap. The employee was waiting on a person before myself this person was not very nice to your employee But the employee handled it very well I didn’t get his name but the employee working around 330 400 o’clock should be complemented for the way he handled the rude customer again Great service. I visited today 8/28/23 around 3:20 pm I went threw the drive threw and ordered a medium frozen hot chocolate which was awful! Colored water! I don’t know which was worst the girls attitude taking my order or the drink! I probably won’t visit this location again. If you hate your job find other! The attitude isn’t necessary needed nor wanted.

Today Friday June 30th, at 3:45 or so, I stopped for two ice cappuccino’s, and I asked for a cup holder while ordering. When I got to the window, the girl dropped my change on the ground and acted like, oh well, then she acted like I was inconveniencing her for her, to hand me a cup holder, rolling her eyes and huffing somewhat.. the ice cappuccino’s were awful, no cream in them at all. This will be my last visit at this location. I will gladly drive up the road for better service and product.

I was just visiting my Brother in Warren, heard about TH coffee my sister in law took me to the drive-thru on our way to the Airport, I looked at the menu on the website so I knew ahead of time what I wanted, pulled up my sil ordered my drink and was met with rudeness from the other side, informed us they don’t have that yet it’s on the website, pulled up to the window to be met again by a very unhappy young lady who truly did not belong in customer service!! I ordered a cold brew something it was horrible and Tim Horton’s coffee sucks it’s bitter and gross!! I won’t ever drink Tim Horton ever. Get new customer service they make your store even worse.

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Every single time I order a sandwich they make me pull around and wait. It’s the ONLY location that takes an average of 10+ minutes to make a sandwich. I’ve never been asked by ANY other location to pull around and wait. Don’t waste your time waiting, it’s quicker to drive to another Tim Hortons.

Went through the drive-thru, ordered a couple of breakfast sandwiches, a hot chocolate and a snack. Got to the window and they didn’t have the hot chocolate. They didn’t add it to the order so they had to make a new order. Got to my destination only to find out the sausage, egg & cheese muffin I ordered had ‘one’ slice of bacon instead of sausage. Only a couple cars in the lot and nobody else in the drive-thru. I wonder how many orders they get wrong during peak hours! First and last time at that location.

Every time my girlfriend orders a mocha latte it always seems to be hot chocolate and coffee or something like that and lately when I’ve gone there to get a mocha latte I have to pull around to the side and wait until they bring it out to me.. this is a place that specializes in coffee. They can’t make a coffee while you’re sitting at the window and have it ready for you.

Today was the last time I will visit this time Hortons. They are the absolute worst. Today they had me pull around to wait for avocado toast , this is what I received. After dropping my child off at school I did return for a refund. While doing so there was a lady inside as we upset bc her triple triple was all cream no sugar at all. After tasting the double double they gave me SUPRISE all cream! They can’t get a coffee right and are careless about the food they give to customers. Even tho I recieved a refund for this “toast” . The staff acted as if I was the inconvenience. Also i don’t post Google reviews and no I’m not a Karen. But this happens so often at this time Hortons I had to let everyone know!
