I ordered a sausage sandwich the meat was stinky and not done. I brought it back the worker said they don’t cook it no more. They put it in the microwave. Man it was gross looking but she was nice and gave me a bacon biscuit sandwich instead. Tim Hortons all I got to say is cook that meat before folks get sick.

I stop here before work almost every other day but this morning the girls working there at 8:20am were very rude rolling eyes closed the window just to start talking sh&$. They messed up a very simple order blamed us the girl taking the order was rude and pushy. I have no problem going out of my way to other Tim Hortons.

Had a horrible experience. I’ve been going to this location everyday for the past two weeks. Today, I ordered a turkey club and got an ice tea. The ice tea was so strong, I couldn’t drink it. I poured some of the tea out and asked Amanda, for more ice so it could be watered down. She said no, and she would have to charge me for ice. I explained that I paired for an ice tea and because I couldn’t drink, I shouldn’t have to pay. I asked her for her name so I could add to this review, and she said, “ I’m busy.” The guy working there with her told me her name was Amanda. I will never step foot in this location again. I urge anyone, who wants to be treated kindly not to go here. Amanda (if that was her name) was not kind. She gave glaring looks and her body language implied nastiness. I would not spend my money to be treated like that. I hope ownership does something about her lack of customer service skills. Plus the restaurant and restrooms were filthy .
