My entire order was incorrect, got to the window handed a donut did not order a donut. I ordered two preztels toasted with butter, one large vanilla latte with oat milk and one medium vanilla latte with whipped cream. I handed the donut back, he said you ordered a vanilla donut. Said no I ordered a medium vanilla latte. Then he hands me the two pretzels I did order and says I refunded “your” donut! Hands me the large vanilla latte with oat milk and asked what I was waiting on, I said the medium vanilla latte the order taker is in the back ground she did not order two pretzels she did not order a medium vanilla latte. At this point I just never mind, he gets an attitude and said you started with the attitude. Not once did I raise my voice or get angry just asked for what I had ordered. Will not go there again lesson learned. And the icing on top the Latte they did give was missing the vanilla yay 0-4!

I will never go back to the stupid Tim Hortons location. I was left waiting inside the store to get a simple order today because their employee kept asking me to wait for many times while servicing other customers from the drive through. I waited long time until I found it is so ridiculous to wait for non big order and left the place!!!

This used to be a good location but the quality has gone down. The fact that they burn your food and still have the audacity to give it to you is what makes me angry! English muffins and crossiants are literally black on the inside, oatmeal like soup one day, then thick like overcooked mushy rice the next. I won’t return. Go somewhere else where they do a quality check before they give you your food. I’m sick of wasting my money on these places

It’s conveniently located right before you get on the freeway which I love. This location does close early so keeo that in mind. Even with morning rush crowds and lunch they still move pretty fast. Workers are always friendly as well. Right now with the app you can get $1 timbits on Tuesdays. Perk!

Used to stop here everyday for a coffee. Friday I sat in the drive through for 5 minutes and no one ever took my order so I left. Monday I pulled up and they said their “computer was down” so they could not take my order. Then today they told me, “we closed early”. Not sure what the problem is, but I’ll go somewhere else.
