This place drive thru line is always busy no matter what time or day. The drive thru line layout is awkward because of people can come from the northside or southside and there is always a big jam or confusion of who was there first. Still have the best ice cap. Need to get my fix everyone I come to town.

I just gave this girl a 10 and she tried not giving my 4$ in change back. She just played stupid when I brought it up but also was quick to give me my change. Isn’t stealing go against your religion?… or as long as you have your hair covered your safe?… Very confusing religion

I bought a bagel at the drive-through at Tim Horton’s this morning at 9 am. I gave the worker a $20 bill for an order that cost $4.10. The employee tried to give me $4.10 back instead of the correct change of $15.90, which wasn’t a big deal, since I recognized that it was a new employee. I was a little surprised that the manager did not apologize, but I didn’t think much about it before I drove away. Then, I found out that the bagel was stale, so I had to drive back and wait in a long line to return the bagel. The manager gave me my money back, but again he offered no apology. Mistakes happen, especially with new employees, but I was really surprised at the lack of concern for the customer.

There are some Bangali employees working there. They don’t say hi, hello, or even thanks to customers. They don’t offer receipts after paying and also if you look on their face, you feel like they are in pain, they don’t like their job, it is a painful place for them or something like this. Management, please train them properly so that customers want to go back again in this shop. These Bangali employees need orientation because I am from this community and I know, most of them coming from a very backward, uncultured environment to USA and they don’t know how to treat people. A very few people coming with good culture.

Placed order online. Everyone working here is very confused and not communicating with each other. Most employees cannot speak or understand English very well. Floors were so sticky and dirty, especially in the bathroom. I would not recommend this tim Hortons!

Is water not free? Apparently here you have to pay for it. I ordered my meal and paid but i forgot to ask for a cup of water. I went to the cash register and asked if i can have a cup of water. Then guy said it’s not free. I never encountered this…not even in California. Lol

0 stars if I could. New management is TERRIBLE. Don’t waste your time or your money. Who they have working the drive thru cannot understand orders, leading to our order being wrong EVERY time and us having to pay AGAIN for something on the order. Just don’t go here

I did a mobile order around 8:20 pm. Online and on the app it states that the store closes at 9 pm. When I got there nobody was responding in the drive-thru and all the lights were off, the store was closed. If the store was closed why did the app let me submit my order? I paid for it and everything.
