Staff is friendly enough and even when busy they move quickly. However, if you want your order to be correct, this is not the location for you. Items always missing or incorrectly made. That’s IF they even have what you ordered. More often than not they are “out” of certain food items or “don’t have the ingredients” to make certain drinks.

I don’t know why you started holding your coffee so long but it affects the coffee taste. I usually buy about 6 cups here a week, sometimes more, but I bought a large reg coffee and it was terrible! It’s obviously old coffee. I came onto the store and saw the new urns and know why the coffee was bad. I won’t pay for old coffee. Your staff however is great!_

Will not be back. Ordered 2 Oreo Ice Capp Supremes and I got 2 drinks that were not frozen at all and were liquid pretty much. Also did not give any whipped cream on the drinks. The kids in there were too busy playing around on their phones and with each other.

This was the first time I stopped at the Flat Rock location on Telegraph, and I got my husband a hazelnut ice cap (he’s never had tim hortons coffee) and he really liked it. I order a large Mocha latte and added coconut and carmel (it’s kinda like the german chocolate from another coffee shop) the 2 young guys working were awesome. Matt and Tumbma were friendly funny and really seemed to enjoy talking with me. Tim Hortons good job on hiring these 2..because of them, we’ll be back again our new daily coffee break!

Just had the most rude guy at the window. He said his name was Kyle. I’ve always ordered an “extra shot” in my iced capps. This is the first time someone said “a shot of what?” And when I answered espresso his response was “so you want a shot of espresso? Espresso isn’t in there to begin with.” With no flavor indicated for the ice capp I’m not sure what other kind of shot I would be referring to. Rude.

Literally the worst Tim Hortons ever. Staff does not listen to you when you order, and are very rude. I can see if it was a one time thing but it is EVERY TIME I go to this location absolutely ridiculous, having to repeat my order 4 times and it would still be wrong.
