Very slow service. We stood at counter and people walked by several times before we were helped. Food was ok, asked for no bread, they didn’t even offer or cut it up for me or give me a knife. Food was ok. Was there Friday 8-25-23. Lunch hours. Prices are definitely higher for a fast food restaurant. Chips are horrible. They taste like a grease chip.

I go here out of desperation. Like most of the other comments I have the same to say. Their latte machine is almost always not working or today was a good one “it’s a cleaning cycle from restarting it”. You’re only an hour after open and it’s your espresso machine how does that work. The food almost never has cheese that’s melted in egg sandwiches it’s like they slap a piece of cheese on top and call it good but I promise you it is most definitely NOT good. The staff I had today was fine but other times they can also be very rude. If another coffee shop was on my way to work then I most definitely would go there. The funny thing is I know this review won’t do a single thing to change the establishment unless the leadership there actually trains or enforces changes to their workers. It starts from the top. Unfortunately I’m stuck dealing with this one for now.This is also for specifically lambertville Timmy’s the one in dundee is pretty good.

VERY RUDE INTERCOM WORKER, he was mumbling and we politely asked to speak up and he went on to complain about how we were rude and yelling at us for no reason?!?! Ended up not buying anything Manger seemed poilet and wanted to help but who ever the guy working that intercom needs to be moved to doing somthing else or not speaking to customers because I’ve heard multiple story’s of that same guy over and over and somthing needs to be done. I have never been so put back by the rudeness I experienced at the Lambertville, Michigan location. I am a frequent customer at this location, as I work right in the area. I ordered a meal which always comes with a side. Additionally, I asked for an extra hash brown for my son and a couple other menu items such as timbits, etc.

This review is specifically for the Lambertville location not for Tim Hortons as a whole. Frequently out of menu items. Also frequently out of packaging for items. Drive through staff are frequently downright rude. Orders are also wrong a good percentage of the time. I avoid this location unless I only want a simple coffee.

Tim Hortons always has great coffee. Very fresh tasting. I tried a pumpkin spice latte, and didn’t regret it. It was tasty, and hot as always. The pumpkin spice donuts were great as well. The service was fast and friendly. I made my order online, so that is very convenient

I asked for sugar and cream in my mocha latte and I swear it’s black coffee. Along with all of my food being cold as soon as I pulled out of the establishment’s parking lot. And this place is always 100% on top of things so it was weird my order was poorly made, I also didn’t get a receipt.

First time at a Tim Hortons! First impression: super cozy donut shop. I ordered a breakfast sandwhich, timbits and a sweet tea. The tea was absolutely horrible and was immediately thrown away. The sandwhich was super dry and thrown out halfway. The only saving grace were the delicious timbits! I dont think I’ll be returning any time soon unfortunately!
