Asked for a double double shot of espresso on the side since they charge you for it and never put it in. They refused to give it to me on the side and said it was in the cup already. Always something with this specific location. I’ve watched them put espresso in with the coffee before and it’s literally a drop and that’s if you’re lucky. P.s. hire some non-cracked out looking people too it might help.

I was at the location today where I watched the manager disrespect one of her employees. I was standing at the counter waiting to order, and she basically said I couldn’t order when she was just standing around doing nothing. I had to wait 10 minutes to put my order in. They need to fire this manager on a real note very disrespectful

What is happening to fast food?! I ordered and Steak and cheese Panini and what I received was not what I expected. It was like a moderate amount of steak (not bad) slapped between some cheap white wonder bread and was saturated in what is best described as government cheese. It was pathetic and I will never order another sandwich from Tim Horton’s. The best they can do is spend 50 cents to make my $6 sandwich?

Terrible costumer service, rude employees, they openly talk trash about each other and whoever isn’t working that day. I placed a $24 order and they didn’t give me half of it, and when I asked for the food I was missing they were rude and yelled at me as if me asking for the food I paid for was an inconvenience? They even had to throw in there that they’re short staffed. Literally the worse experience I’ve had at this location.

Absolutely love the food .. but its hit or miss on my cinnamon mocha cold brew with cold foam… either way too much cinnamon or its just a regular iced coffee and not the mocha cold brew .. but I will say the line moves at a fast pace..friendly server’s.. generally busy but mostly around lunchtime and breakfast..

I walked into the store at 7:50pm the manager screamed at me, “WERE CLOSED!” I said, “I’m sorry Ms but you don’t have to be so rude.” Then she screams at her employee about not locking the door. The store location closes at 8pm and the Manager needs FIRED! I will be contacting her boss tomorrow.
