I’d give this zero stars if possible. I’ve been coming here nearly every day for the last 10+ years. Service used to be fantastic, especially night shift, Randy is hands down the best there (always has been!) Anymore, any day-time service is down right awful. They are extremely rude and my coffee is NEVER right. Today the employees were so rude and extremely obnoxious. They got my order wrong, which we pointed out at the window, they said ‘its right, here.” And handed it to us forcefully. It in fact was not right, and so we pulled around, went in, and an apologetic girl fixed it for us and told us none of “the stupid kids” (her words) know what they’re doing nor do they care. So we appreciated her.

What a great experience I just had here at Tim Hortons… 11;36 pm and I just needed a donut. Randy was an amazing help with that. Not only did he give me a donut, he brought a smile to my face. It’s great to see people enjoying work and spreading positivity to the community. Randy is my employee of the month vote!

Coffee is never right . Too much cream too much sugar . They substitute sugar free flavoring without notifying you . Food is never good always barely warm. Bagels just have cream cheese slopped in the middle . Request for double toasted and comes not toasted … don’t know why I still waste my money here

Coffee will never taste or look the same twice even though I get the same thing every time. Weekend mornings seem to be the worst time to get coffee. There’s always coffee ground all over my stuff on the weekend mornings and they don’t care about the quality of the drink they serve you or if the drink is made correctly. Also a bit rude on weekend mornings compared to the staff during the week mid-day.

Really disappointed with the quick decline in service at this location. I am through there multiple times a day. Always the same order, two large iced capps. And yet, the only person that is consistently good at his job, is Randy. The young people you have on afternoons have no idea what they are doing. The morning crew used to be pretty good but it seems like all the people that knew what to do are gone. Incredibly disappointing to have to go all the way to Dixie because the Monroe St. store is just as bad if not worse. Either better workers or better training is definitely needed here.

Used to be my favorite place to go for coffee and cookies. Normally when they don’t have cookies they offer doughnuts with no difference in order amount. I ordered on the app as usual get there, no cookies. The store manager Ashley says we don’t have cookies. I ask if we can get doughnuts instead. She proceeds to ring up most expensive doughnuts telling me I’ll have to pay this amount. I said they never do that. I get to window and ask for manager she says I am the manager. I asked because they refused to refund the cookies. I asked for corporate number and for her to write her name down with it so when I call I have it. She refused at first saying she don’t have it for me to Google it. She finally gave me the number and as she was doing so a employee decided to yell at me from across the room that’s how we do it. And then she wasn’t gonna give me the cookies I paid for I had to ask. Called corporate was told they can refund from the app as long as it’s store pick up. That was lie number one from Ashley. Lie number 2 they don’t have corporates number. Lie number three there is no one above her. Horrible horrible customer service. Wannabe lied to go to this Timmy’s. If not go to the one in flat rock on telegraph. Great customer service great staff that don’t yell at you!!!!!!

The food and drinks are good but the real reason I keep on coming back is because of Randy. Randy is a great guy and always has a smile on his face. If Tim Hortons has an employee of the month, he should definitely be it.

My gf and I frequent this place. We love this Timmy’s. But there’s one problem… EVERY SINGLE TIME they get a good manager running the show…they disappear. Fired, quit, or transfered. I don’t know why the owner can’t keep them around.

I go to this Tim Hortons basically every day and I am disappointed almost all time whether it be the wrong type of donuts or the whipped topping on my ice cap but today was the worst day at Tim Hortons. My drink was not filled all the way and the employees were acting foolish.

Asked to have my bagel toasted twice when placing my order and it wasn’t done. Check out person seemed a bit off couldn’t figure out how to process my debit card. Fortunately I had enough cash to pay for the order.
