Cold food, our power was out, so I asked if they could warm up my breakfast sandwich? I had to stand in line again, the cashier kept telling me why the food was cold and acted like that’s normal. High-priced/ low quality food. I will not return!

The morning staff is ok giving all of the attention to the people in the drive thru which I never use. The afternoon staff is young and disrespectful playing rap music using the N WORD. Horrible!!! And they usually aren’t even open until 8 like the sign says!!!

A lot of Tim Hortons are sort of B tier in the take order and provide food realm, and this particular location is the B tier of the B tier. Walk in, stand around without acknowledgment for some time, eventually you can order, wait it’s like noon and they are already out of things, assuming your order taker was familiar enough with the nomenclature from the menu to actually process the order. Finally complete order then I hope your phone is charged as it’s not going to be quick. Perhaps the drive through is prioritized.

Very disappointed in both the taste of the food and the prices. They are trying to emulate Dunkin’ Donut but they aren’t succeeding at all and watch out for the “convenience fee” they secretly add on to the bill.

The gentleman making the bagels and the lady at the cash register kicked me out after I indicated I had a mobile order, they were very rude to me for literally no reason. They claimed they were short staffed and weren’t accepting my mobile order even though they had my receipt and took my money. After arguing for 30 seconds they prepped my order and told me to leave.

I feel this location is a rip off I get Tim Hortons every morning. My order never cost more than $10. I get the same thing every time this place just charged me over $12 for a bagel and a coffee.

Shockingly RUDE! Asked for the manager and he was the manager. Asked for his name and he told me he didn’t have a name. Food wasn’t right and I didn’t even want to go back in and have to deal with these awful employees. Maybe mornings are better but I will never go back in the afternoon.

My cold brew was pretty good. The eating area was super messy though and there were bits of donuts everywhere.

I just this minute walked out of Tim Hortons. Although the food might be good, customers notice how they are waited on. You’d think I was pulling the young man’s teeth. No smile and no “thank you”. In fact I got a stern ” how may I help you”? And I felt like I was in the way. Doesn’t management train these people?
