I really love this location and order here very often. My only complaint is the individual bags for donuts. If you get one with any sort of topping/frosting, it adheres to the bag and comes completely off, especially if you don’t take it out of the bag right away. Poor packaging choice.

Why do the tim Hortons staff always tell me that there isn’t Chipotle sauce on a farmers wrap. There clearly is, and nothing about Chipotle sauce is farmer like so who the heck got that idea!

The wife and I just tried to order food. The order was made it was given to the sandwich maker to perpair. She claims it never happened that there was a glitch we waited 25 minutes. Everyone around us was served I finally asked for my money back the woman got rude who’s managing. I got loud I got my money though and I will never ever ever go to a Tim Horton again! 1 star only because it was open…..LOL

I was held up in line for 15 minutes so three different people could come to the window and play with app on the phone of the car in Front of me, and then when I got to the window and said that as a business owner I would of had the car pull over and come in to take care of the problem I was told by the man with a beard that was at the window I am thinking he was a manager, that the coffee was on him and I could go somewhere else if I didn’t like it. As a business owner I would think that you would not want your employees to tell your customers to go spend there money somewhere else, if they tell enough customer’s to do that you won’t have to worry because you will not have a business. In drive thru is not the place to be trying to activate a credit card or gift card any manager with any skills would know that.
