I love Tim hortons and go there on a regular basis, the older guy always gets my order right and done quickly, but recently it’s been these teenagers that always get it wrong, and it takes forever, they just made me pay for 2 medium Oreo iced Capps because they couldn’t take the extra time and use it properly by REPEATING MY ORDER BEFORE I PAY $30! Teach your employees better, please. Before I have to come in there and show all of you how to run a company. I just went through the rest of my order and not one thing is right, my starry eyed has coconut in it! Green eggs! The young blonde needs to be replaced

Regardless of when I come, the manager / order giver always seems to have his panties in a twist. Today he damn near dropped my food after he stuck it out the window and gave me 2 seconds to grab it, I caught it as he let go lol. Get better employees who actually want to work instead of those sad sacks who are currently there.

I don’t know how the Tim Horton’s franchise system works…are the problems due to local management or the rules/regulations of the company. For years now, since before 2020, I have had issues with their app not working and have had various employees over the years tell me that others experience that as well. So, there have been known problems for years, and yet they still have promotions that require in app purchase. How is that right and fair for those of us who constantly experience app issues. No, it is not my phone. I have checked this any number of times. All other apps and the Internet work just fine. As I have been told, this is a known issue and has been for years. What I don’t know is whether or not it is the Tim Horton’s app in general, or just as it applies to this location.

This place is committing some type of fraud. Their address on the receipt says a different address then what is posted on the building. My wife ordered $10.30 which was a coffee and some donuts for my kids. Some how they never got the order. Looking thru their reviews this seems to be a common issue with this location. They offered no refund or to fulfill the order being a franchise claiming it was sent to a different location when corporate confirm that it was sent to their location. I hate to take them to court over $10.30. At this point I’m willing to spend the lawyer fees to help others from going thru what my wife went thru. That being said I have pictures that confirm the difference in addresses. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Hope it was worth it Sam…

Service is fast and friendly. I am not as fond of Tim’s menu as I am of McDonald’s, but I went through a period of time when everyone’s dining rooms were closed and only drive throughs were open – like six out of seven McDonald’s orders had mistakes or cold food. I don’t fault the employees – clearly they are still running understaffed.

I made an order trough the app for free drink, and got some tim bits. Everything tasted good, but the service was a little rude. According to the app you can pickup your order inside or through the drive through. When I went inside I was given a lecture by a staff member on having to go through the drive through, and was told that if I go inside to pick up my order again, that I would not be given my order. I’m definitely not going back to that location.

I bought 2 large black ice coffees and the guy at the window who I think is a manager/owner charged me $8.46…I said that is a big jump in price from the day before.( I buy coffee there almost every day ) he said that’s what it is. So I paid him and told him I will never go back there. Clearly he rang it in wrong and didn’t want to fix the price. I went to a different Tim Hortons today in New Hudson for the same 2 black large iced coffees for $6.65. Bad way to do business South Lyon Tom Hortons!

My order has consistently been wrong for like my past five visits now.. they dont read your order back to you and they have no screen to make sure it is correct and they do not give or even offer receipts. Very disappointed with how much money i have wasted on food here
