I stopped by on the morning of Thursday September 27th, 2023 , the drive thru line was long; I parked and went into the shop to order coffee and breakfast; the manager seemed distraught but the staff and especially a young lady wearing prescription glasses behind the cashier were extremely professional, smiling, calm and in control , doing the sales in a fluid way despite the pressing long queue of patrons. The guy who prepared breakfast was timely and courteous. I loved the atmosphere despite the apparent work pressure. Thumbs up and will definitely buy again from that location. It looks like a great neighborhood coffee place.

I went thru the drive thru, ordered a chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was burnt. I took it back got the same thing burnt again. Got my money back less the tax. I was enjoying my coffee until the last few sips. A mouth full of coffee grains.Yuck ..

This is one of the worst Timmy’s I’ve ever been to. Let’s start with the hours of operation. Online says 6. They say 5 but they’re closed by 430. I just pulled into the drive thru and seen they New avocado toast with eggs. Looked very good so I ordered it and they told its not a thing.

Employees exemplify genuine Canadian niceness. App doesn’t work super well, but the staff is fantastic. I had a free birthday reward (item/beverage), and had trouble with the app to scan to get the free item. Drive-thru employee was very understanding and gave me the free item anyway.
