Done through here this morning, as I got to the speaker there was a note on it saying”Cash Only”, she came on asking what I would like, I replied nothing, just have to sit and wait to get out. She said, it will only take a sec. She was correct, the 2 vehicles in front of me both had to drive past the window. What got me was, as I drove past, she stuck her head out and using a voice you would use to speak to a baby or a puppy, she says, “Oh. That was really rough, huh?”. Now why was that necessary? I worked customer service for 28 years. I would never be that rude and condescending when dealing with a customer. It was already annoying that I couldn’t get the coffee I drove there for because I didn’t have cash. I didn’t say anything to them. I just said I need to get out of this line. But she, the employee, had to go out of her way to try and ruin my day. It’s my fault that I let her get to me that way but I have to completely reset my mode now Because Tim hortons employees are rude and disrespectful. Perfect.

A month and a half ago, I placed an order for breakfast at a local Tim Hortons Cafe and Bake Shop. I had a house full of girls that I needed to feed. Unbeknownst to me, the cafe I selected had decided to close for a few days, but still showed as open online and took my order. I didn’t realize they weren’t open until I got there. They still have my money even though I’ve reached out multiple times. Supposedly, it’s been ‘escalated’ but not a single bit of contact yet.

I order a small Chai Tea with LIGHT Oat Milk but instead got Chai Water . I don’t know what they were thinking . Also ordered Two HashBrowns and it was extremely salty . The drive thru speaker was not giving proper customer service because she was rushing thru the order which is probably why my order was horrible .

Very pleasant staff. Extremely helpful. When they didn’t have one item, they suggested one with the same filling just a different form. It was delicious! The place was clean and the restrooms did not stink. I would return there and definitely suggest this location to others.

It’s Tim Hortons what else can you say. Everytime I get donuts there gone! It’s always consistent and the staff is friendly. I recommend their donuts over Dunkin cause there about a buck or two cheaper and the quality is the same. Anyway thanks
