The entire experience was lack luster, the person who took our order seemed confused, new even, they didn’t seem to want to prolong the experience of ringing us up for very long but wasn’t rude and was helpful when we picked out our donuts. The dining area was seemingly in the middle of refurbishment, but was open for some reason, crumbs on every table I looked at, a donut on the floor, and plaster/paint half finished. We got iced coffee even tho we didn’t order ice coffee. It wasn’t bad but there’s certainly better out there, probably won’t be coming back any time soon.

I enjoy and really love Tim Hortons Custard doughnuts along with their Salted Carmel Marciano Coffee. A great way to start ones day, specially if its a busy one; having the taste of coffee and Doughnuts in my mouth as my taste buds dance on my tongue yum. Truly a fantastic place to quickly grab coffee & doughnuts, specially Custard Doughnuts they’re the best. My favorite to be an exact fact. Tim Hortons is where I go when I treat myself. I will never lie give Tim Hortons a nice try. They’ll catch your taste buds with, hook- coffee, line-doughnuts, and sinker – great prices. They sure did hook me, Truly.

Went in for lunch. No lunch items available! So I was going to get a breakfast sandwich. Not available! So I ended up getting a dozen donuts, only 7 types to choose from. I’ve been told by others when they went in they were out of coffee!!! How can that happen!!?? It’s a coffee shop!! A family member went in during winter to get soup and they didn’t have any! How does this place stay open!??? All this comes down to very bad management!!!

I ordered an iced coffee with mocha triple triple. I got a very warm coffee with melted ice and no flavor at all. I also asked why it was very warm coffee when it was supposed to be iced, the kid had no answer. . When I asked for sweet n low she closed the window in my face.
