It’s Tim Hortons. Either you like them or you don’t. Everything has always been fine, tho today the coffee could have been a little hotter. Thirty seconds in the microwave and all was fine. No harm, no foul there. Kinda like reviewing McDonald’s unless something to complain about, not much to add.

i worked at this location for 8 months. when I started things were indeed pretty bad, but management really got a grasp on what was going on and we have really become way better staff wise. drive through can be slow, but the reason is because we are sometimes understaffed. we do our best to make our customers happy, and as for me, I put my all into the place. I loved my coworkers and would definitely recommend this location to anyone. they treated me like family (most of the time) and highly appreciated all the hard work I put into the store. I had to leave for other reasons not pertaining to the store and I will greatly miss all of them. I am happy to say, this Tim Hortons is one of the best ever. thank you for everything

The morning staff here is AMAZING!! They are fast and they make the drinks PERFECT! Iv been to all the downriver Tim Hortons and this place is absolutely the best!! They always look out for me with the frozen hot chocolate with whip cream and chocolate drizzle!!! I literally leave my city and drive those extra miles just to go to Southgate Tim Hortons!! And I believe they should be recognized and appreciated!!!

This was a terrible experience! They were out of a lot, even biscuits. When asked for the new maple glazed whatever doughnut, we were told they don’t have maple doughnuts and were out of cinnamon sugar.

This is my third time here, what a Pleasant Experience the staff was very friendly, cheerful, and friendly! At the time I was there Mike from Monroe MI was making a delivery drop off of supplies! WOW You should see the hustle in this young mans step and his Pleasant personality! The store is very clean, the entire staff Very Friendly! What A Great Way To Start A Morning! Oh Ya the selection and taste of their doughnuts is GREAT ! My previous two experiences have been with the drive thru and it was a very positive experience each time!
