I looked at some of these reviews and shame on the negative reviews because I have been going to this Tim Hortons for 4 years it’s been fantastic and I always had the best experience at this location!! Great Tim Hortons, they make sure everything is made to perfection. Literarily the moment you pull to their window, your order is ready you just pay and pick up. got to be fastest Tim Horton’s nation wide. Great job team. this store pick up very well after their new management. I was here with my kids today and this young woman came out herself to our table in the dinning room to give us the order and he even brought napkins, asked if we needed anything else. Great job guys. I come here at least 4 days out the week for coffee, keep up the work guys.

The staff ignores me EVERY time I walk in. They are rude and always out of stock no matter the time. I’ve been ignored for as long as 10 minutes while they look right at me waving they are so busy and never saying they will be with me shortly. I own a delivery business and go there to pick up. I will NEVER go as a patron personally.

I am really disappointed in this location of Tim Hortons. I absolutely love Tim Hortons and just moved to the area. Every single time I’ve gone there this month, they have messed up my order or even giving me the entire wrong order. This time I have an injured foot, so I had it delivered to me. They were missing a five dollar part of my meal. I called and was asked to hold and got hung up on. I called again and explained that I am unable to drive myself due to my injury so I wanted to see if they could have it re-delivered, refund me for just the missing food, or email me a five dollar gift card to cover the cost. The person on the phone was very argumentative/rude and after and told me to just re-order it on DoorDash. I tried explaining that it doesn’t make sense because DoorDash would make me repay for the food, driver, and tip plus I wouldn’t meet the minimum cost requirement anyways. They then said we aren’t helping you and hung up on me. After that, I tried calling three more times and they refused to answer my phone call. This location sucks and they need way better management and customer service skills!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was going to go through the drive thru but the line was wrapped around. So, I decided to go in and I had to wait such a long time for my coffee and bagel. I overheard the name of the lady who was making the bagels, Syeda, and she is extremely slow and rude.This is not the place for her if she cannot tolerate working in a fast-paced setting and during the morning rush. I might understand if she were new, but I’ve been coming to this location for a while, and I’ve never enjoyed dealing with her. Management needs to find someone who can properly run this place, especially in the morning.
