Actual product is good. Service, accuracy, and atmosphere is worst fast food in Michigan. All of your food is put in ONE bag, your hot breakfast sandwiches, donuts with icing, muffins & hashbrowns! When you politely asked that your donuts be put in the box so that the icing doesn’t melt all over your hot breakfast sandwiches, they become hostile & rude. Case in point, when I picked up my order at 9:45 AM today. The girl handing out the food to the drive-through was clearly agitated & became rude when I politely ask her to put my donuts in a box, all six of them! Also, when you are ordering through the drive-through, the girl speaks over you and cuts you off. Obviously they don’t want your entire order because they don’t allow you to speak. There are plenty of Tim Hortons in the area. I would drive to another one.

I am so frustrated with this location. It does not matter if it’s still morning they always say they run out of hashbrowns. The lady at the drive through window is rude and speaks as if she has authority over you. I keep trying to give it another try but it seems to me they do not want to serve hashbrowns after 9:30 am and thier attitude is always rude. I am sure thet I will not go back.

Ordered the grilled cheese Panini. The first one came and the cheese was not melted went in because I had ordered through drive-through, and then make another one, which they did with attitude. Worst sandwich that I have ever had do not get the grilled cheese Panini.

Went here with my family and they are so rude. The gray haired guy kept staring at us every second and when I talked to the girl at the front she didn’t even have any expressions while talking to her she was like robot activated. No smiling, no hi, no bye , no thank you nothing complete silence and dirty stares. The gray haired dude kept staring and didn’t feel welcomed at all.. DONT COME HERE LAST TIME COMING here I don’t understand how you guys aren’t shut down yet

I went here to pick up my moms mobile order she told me she had 2 coffee so I went inside ordered for myself and picked hers up they gave me the two for her but when I got home she showed me her order she was supposed to get 2 xtra large not 1 xl and 1 medium like they gave me. So when I called I gave her the order # and she remembered me and the fact that they gave me a medium on accident she told me to bring back the medium to exchange or they would give me the difference on another coffee. I think the least they could do for wasting my time energy and gas having to go back there would be to not waste a coffee and throw that in for MY troubles. My mother and I spend a lot of money there I go pretty much everyday and they messed up not me! They made me feel like I did something wrong and she demanded I return the medium with three creams she was sure to specify. I guess I’ll have to find somewhere else for my holiday gifts!!
