Very slow service though only 1 person in line. It’s apparent they are desperate for workers. But those things didn’t bother me as much as the low quality food for the price. I asked for a chicken sandwich and I get a chicken panini. I went ahead and tried it and it taste just like vomit. $7!!! Had to rinse my mouth out with their coffee and sadly that even tasted horid, burnt and old. I’m very surprised they’re still in business.

dude with the blue hair is the absolute WORST person in customer service i have EVER dealt with. they had the lunch menu up so we started ordering lunch, he tells with the absolute worst attitude “WERE DERVING BREAKFAST” so we let him know well the lunch menu is up he says again with a terrible tone “yeah it automatically does that we can’t help it” so we start ordering breakfast a simple everything bagel with egg bacon cheese and mayo, he starts yelling out the menu numbers for breakfast and we explain that we don’t memorize the menu, he would not just let us speak and order our simple order, so we get to the second meal simply explain, a B. E. L. T with extra chipotle that’s it, simple, get up to the window first i tell the girl at the window, “you guys need to do something about his attitude there is NO reason to treat people like that, she said with an attitude “we’ve been really busy” i tell her that’s no excuse this is your job if you don’t like working with people please find somewhere else to work, so they start giving us our order, they give us ONE sandwich that is completely WRONG and they give us our drinks and tell us to have a good day we’re like well where is our second sandwich and he starts to say we didn’t order another one!!! after he just argued with us about BOTH DIFFERENT SANDWICHES. we say no we’re missing the bacon egg and cheese with mayo, they gave us a f’n BELT with mayo. they could not get a single one right and their attitudes were the worst i have ever experienced in my life. blue hair guy needs to GO!!!!!!!! i have e ever dealt with more horrible customer service in my 28 years of life. never even wrote a review but people need to know DO NOT GO HERE !

I have given this location so many chances because I live close by but really tired of getting spoiled or stale items. Completely ruined my coffee this morning by dumping completely curdled, rotten creamers into my coffee before I noticed. The smell is awful I’m sure they’re very old. Just not worth it

I paid with cash today through the drive-through and the person working at the window did not even offer to give me my change back so I waited for a minute to see if he was going to give it back to me and he did not so I didn’t say anything. Apparently he needs my change more than I do. I will never be back.

When Tim hortons opens up at 5 o’clock in the morning and I’m waiting there at the drive-through , then the guy tells me that I gotta wait 10 minutes For the coffee to be brewed. Ordered a grilled wrap this morning. GRILLED WRAP, it was cold first bite, cheese not melted, no grilled marks, so raw tortilla. Also they handed my food to me without putting in a bag. I don’t think I’ll be back.
