I ASKED TO BE SURE AND THEY said they had dark toast coffee so I ordered 2 with 1 cream 4 sugars each and the coffee dose not taste like coffee it’s like the had a half cup of coffee and finished the rest with creamer . My coffee should not be white with 1 cream. Taste like nothing, like water .

I think that’s the saddest Tim Hortons I’ve ever visited. Two very watery coffees and limited food availability kind of ruin the vibe. The tables and chairs stacked, out of service restroom and no other customers should have been a sign. There’s more, but no point in adding on. I almost never give a 1 star review. This was close. Tim, please give this location some love. They really need it.

Going through the drive-thru during a regular morning rush is crazy slow, expect a 10 minute addition to your commute and once you are in line you can’t really leave. However, their Iced Capps are good and the people are friendly. If there is ever a mess up they usually fix it no problem!

I ordered a cold brew by the drive thru. I asked for black one. They gave me sugar and milk and laughed from inside ‘I ‘m confused’. The cashier shut the window immediately. I believe they admitted mistakes and don’t want to deal with it. Thanks.

Went through the drive thru and purchased 2 iced teas with a honey cruller. The drive thru person was very nice and didn’t give me attitude when I asked for a cup of ice. The tea is freshly brewed. The cruller was fresh. Great job with the customer service!!!

Extremely slow service . Waiting in drive thru for over ten minutes and only three cars have been served. They make it difficult with narrow drive thru to get out of line . As if trapping people in the line. The big issue seems to be at the speaker box . We’re I’m assuming people are being told to wait??
