Staff is always friendly and sweet. The donuts here are always fresh. We seem to get that burnt coffee taste quite often in our lattes at Tim Hortons… IDK if it’s just a taste of bean we’re not used to or if it is their coffee just sits a touch longer…

I have been to this location 2 times in the last week and both times were less than stellar. Attitude is absolutely everything, customer service is your business. The attitude in that location was sad to say the least. Customers are treated like an inconvenience to their day, from the person taking your order to the person who refused to make eye contact and says nothing other than my total to the person who brings me out my coffee after they have to park me (not sure why both times I’ve been to this location I get my food before I get my iced Capp, I guess it’s because my sandwich was still cold) dripping down the entire cup. I apologize for coming in and giving you my business. I will make sure that I go out of my way to go to a different location next time to ensure that you will not have to be inconvenienced by my business.

Me and my boyfriend came in this morning looking to get a dozen of donuts, a coffee, and a hash brown. To start it off the women taking our order was very kind and had no issues. We ordered our food and paid then as we’re waiting on our order, another staff member comes up to us and asks if we ordered a hash brown. We told him yes and he said that they didn’t have any and he didn’t know why she charged us for one. Already his tone was quite irritated or passive aggressive. We just said it was okay and he told us we could pick another item in replace of it. Now the issue is as we were picking out our donuts the worker who was helping us seemed to be under the influence. We were down to picking our last 2 and my boyfriend decides he wants the apple fritters. The worker goes to grab it and before he even touches the donut a SWARM and I mean an entire colony of flies comes flying off of the donuts. He doesn’t even acknowledge or say anything to us and acts like nothing happened. I just stared in absolute disbelief because there was just too many to pretend you didn’t see it. We took our food and immediately left. This location has but shut down numerous times due to horrible management and health violations. Please do better all you have to do is make coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Also why is it that they all of a sudden stop selling hash browns after a certain time? It’s a BREAKFAST SHOP.

Honestly I’ve lived in the area for a year and this Tims just keeps getting worse. They never have what you want to order, they burn your sandwiches black, they give you the wrong food constantly, tell you things like “well the eggs aren’t good anymore so I can’t make you that” so they can’t cook an egg for my sandwich?? I order the same thing every single day, to the point where all the employees know me by name and voice, and almost every single day, the afternoon crew can’t give me even half decent service. The morning crew is solid, but do not go here after 11am because you’ll leave mad.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My husband and I went through the drive through around 8:00am. The young female employee working the drive through was extremely rude. My husband asked for two earl gray teas, and she replied “You want coffees?” He then repeated the order. She didn’t say anything else for about a minute, until she came back with “Is that it or not?” We had enough of the poor service at this point so we proceeded to drive away. As we passed the drive through window she flung it open and screamed “F*** YOU!” at us.
