Was there on Saturday morning around 730 am. There were 3 employees working, drive thru was busy so I went inside. The young girl that waited on me was not friendly at all. Typical Tim Hortons. Everything was meh. Employees did the bare minimum. Donut, bagel selection was meh. No real reason to go back as other Tim’s close by but they are meh too. The app sucks and isn’t really usable. I gave up on it as McDonald’s app beats Tim’s hands down in Usability. There is the additional feedback as requested.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We went thru the drive through for donuts and Timbits. A girl was taking our order but who I can only assume was the manager kept interrupting and jumping on the speaker. They had minimal options so we got one donut and a 20 pack of chocolate Timbits. Once at the window, the man basically shoved the container and bag into my window while the girl tried to collect payment. They were both incredibly rude and obviously irritated at their job. Got a mile down the road, opened my Timbits container to grab a one, and there is not only an assortment, but only ONE chocolate in the entire box. Tried calling the store but the number on the receipt in disconnected and no one will answer the one on Google. Waste of time, money and energy.

I had not so good experience, team there doesn’t know how to redeem points, and they scan my phone and say its free but when i see my card it’s charged. App is not good and friendly for reward redeem. Even when i call Costumer care they have no idea. Sorry but no more Tim , will enjoy coffee from somewhere else

i was so happy about my caramel iced cap until I drank the whole thing and then stirred my Cool Whip and there was the topper in the middle of my whip cream, so that means that it fell in there and they opened a new one and left it in there. very disappointed.
