Absolutely appalled at Tim Horton’s- you cannot add a receipt and this is their second location in the last week that has scanned my card before asking for my Tim’s ID so I’ve collectively missed out on $40 worth of purchased services yet this means nothing. I worked at OfficeMax in 2011 and even we had the capability to add a receipt post transaction to an reward account. Apparently Tim Horton’s lives in 2002. Their food also is garbage- ask for grilled bagels and they give you barely toasted butter mush.

This place is a rip off. $3.50 for a large iced coffee and it is literally 70% ice. This 24oz cup couldn’t have had more than like 8 oz of coffee in it.

ordered an everything bagel breakfast meal and 2 plain bagels. The order came out right away, too fast to be anything but worrying. One of the bagels with half the bottom of the plain and half the bottom of the everything. The other was half the top of the plain and half the top of the everything. The 3rd bagel was the usual with cream cheese but one side of the bagels had no cream cheese so it was just two dry bagels sandwhiched together… Lastly the hashbrowns were lukewarm at best… Not coming back. The people working were very nice though!

ordered a large pumpkin spice latte with coconut milk. was given the cup without a sleeve and thought maybe they’ve run out except then I saw the person behind mes order had a sleeve. so there I am holding my scalding coffee. take a sip and it taste exactly like dirty dish water.

Can never get your order right. I ordered a bagel with butter and a hashbrown. Hashbrown was cold and bagel had cream cheese on it. Two items ordered and two items messes up.
