This location has gone downhill very fast. Last time I was here I ordered a Caramel Cold Brew and a pup cup (which by the way they suddenly decided to charge .50 cents for, which they’ve never done in 2 years of me bringing my dog here) and on top of that it took them 20 minutes to get me my one drink because “They couldn’t fix their espresso machine” and then proceeded to hand me a disgusting substitute for my order. didn’t even bother asking for a refund, just left the drink.

First time coming to this location and there is a blonde older woman there, Marissa, Melinda…. something like that. she absolutely reeks of alcohol, she seems friendly enough, but I could smell the booze on her from across the counter and it was barely 8am. And on top of it, my husband ordered for a plain black coffee with sugar and he got cream and foam in it. We absolutely will not be back, sticking to the one in Fenton, their staff isnt drunk and we’ve never had our ordered messed up.

Only Coffee shop in town. I spend a lot of money here but lately they just don’t get anything right nor do they care. Today I ordered a cold brew. She tried to bring a hot latte to the window. I said “that’s not what I ordered at all!???” Instead of fixing it she poured the hot drink on to ice. Ummmm, Lazy at its finest! Thank God I am not lactose intolerant because I asked for a drink with Oat Milk! It’s gonna be a no go for me for awhile. I’m tired of paying $4 a drink that’s never right.

I cannot believe we waited this long for another business and each time I go I can’t get a decent order. I ordered Spinach Egg bites – they were out, so exchanged for the bacon/cheese – I ordered a Boston Creme donut and medium pumpkin spice latte – total was almost $7 and this is what I got. Tasteless coffee, burnt egg bites and a dry donut that I didn’t even order.
