I literally used to visit this Tim Hortons daily on my way to work. Service and quality of items has continued to go down hill. I understand they are busy and short staffed but there is no excuse for their inconsistency. I get the same thing every time I go….small iced cap. Sounds simple, always used to be simple. Now it costs $3.59 and sometimes it’s icy, sometimes it’s straight up liquid and more times than not it’s completely unconsumable. Like this morning when they handed it to me and it was so dark it looked like chocolate with froth on top (see pic). I had the same exact thing happen last week. I should have went in and complained but im on my way to work and dont have the time and I also don’t like to complain when it comes to people who may mess with my food. Is there no training on how to make these drinks so they are consistent? About a month ago I went and when they handed me my drink it had “call me” with a phone number written on it (see pic). Very unprofessional! I also don’t care about tattoos and piercings, personally I have them too but a lot of the staff looks like they haven’t even showered in quite some time and that is very unappealing when again, you’re working with peoples food. Will not return, I’ve wasted enough money at this place.

I saw other photos online burnt sandwichesand I just figured that was a fluke but I happened to order a sandwich and when I got it it was also burnt however ironically it was cold and the cheese is not even melted so I’m not sure how that even happened… But I’ve actually never had this happen at any other Tim Hortons. Which really stinks because it’s the only one around in this area. But the fact that it’s burnt and yet cold and hard, and she is really makes me feel like this was a sandwich that was just sitting out and then shoved into a bag and they were not even busy when I was there. I normally LOVE the strawberry coconut refresher but almost everytime I go there it’s different. Consistency needs to be worked on a little- especially if there’s a recipe that’s to be followed. Last couple times I’ve gone, it’s been more of a coconut flavored water- next to no strawberry

The restaurant is not the cleanest. Ordered a cup of water with my meals and was charged $2.19. I can see a charge of 50 cents a fair price but over $2.00 is just ridiculous!! Needless to say if that is their policy it should be told to the customer before purchase.

Stopped and got an Ice cappuccino haven’t had one in a yr. It was terrible not frozen at all , watery for $4.90 called them immediately and was told they were busy today and that’s how they turn out. TOLD THEM I WONT BE BACK. ILL GET MY MOCHA BLAST FROM TROPICAL SMOOTHY CAFE LIKE I HAD BEFORE. TEN TIMES BETTER !

I have never had a great experience here, however , today was terrible. It was very busy, which I understand impacts service. But, I waited inline and received my bagel then waited for my drink. Three people who ordered after me , left before me. When my drink was finally finished, the girl looked at am and said, “this is yours” No smile. No have a great day. No thank you. By that time my bagel was cold and once I got back in my car, my drink was also cold. When I got to work I reheated everything and it tasted good, but not worth the high price and awful service.

Gosh I seriously have never had such a horrible experience at any fast food restaurant ever. I’m not expecting perfection, I’ve worked it I understand things happen but being downright rude is a different story. The whole time my order is being taken the man on drive speaker just hits me with “are you done now” after every single thing I order. made me extremely uncomfortable and the interaction awkward. All of my items were given to me straight out the window, no bag and I got a good amount of things. The lid to my drink was honestly a joke, it didn’t fit at all. Either don’t even put one on or just explain the lid doesn’t fit so i don’t spill it all over my car and all into my other drink. my sandwich was literally half hot and half ice cold which was actually disgusting. Nobody wants to eat half hot half cold food. I honestly just have never had such a negative experience or even one that made me want to leave a negative review. I’ll just truly never come back here again, It was not like this before at all.

Snarky window girl. No Lattes??? One kind of bagels?…asked for cream cheese on the side. Bagel came with cream cheese smashed all over bagel. Absolutely inedible. Don’t you ask if guests want their bagels toasted anymore. And what is with the cappuccinos….
