Ordered a ham and Swiss no mayo because I’m allergic to mayo and they coated it in mayo, also had 2 bagels and the cream cheese was everywhere oozing out of the bagels all over outside of wrapping it was sloppy.

Please avoid this place… Disgusting customer service. Tim Hortons in Canada should give them some training. Portions small for the same money as in Canada, but in US Funds. . And OMG SO SLOW, if Timmies in Canada had same speed, everyone would be late at work.

This location has gone down hill the past couple years. Last couple times I’ve been my coffee has been undrinkable but I keep going back because of its convenience & my hope that things will change. But today was a new low and I will never give this location my business again. I’m so glad I looked at my coffee before drinking it because it looks absolutely disgusting. It’s supposed to be a French vanilla cappuccino btw.
