5 people working running around in circles only one person doing food prep waited 15 minutes and ended up leaving because they couldn’t prepare a toasted bagel so I had to get a refund for the bagel 5 separate orders in front of us also waiting for their food complete cluster

Went there on 4/7/23 and saw an employee smoking within 15 feet of the entrance on my way inside. The employee then came back inside and went right back to using the register and serving customers without washing their hands after they were just outside smoking! I left the lobby and went through the drive thru after that and will be seriously considering not returning to this location.

We waited in the drive through for 25 minutes to get to the window, told additional 5 minutes for bacon, and order still wrong and lacking bacon. Had to ask for cc back. They didn’t have our order in computer even though we were in drive through.

The last time I visited here was over a year ago but the service was excellent. I stopped here to get one of the special mint hot chocolates and they never let me down! I have came here so many times previously as I moved away and have gotten so many more drinks. This was always my go to spot but like I said, I have since moved.

Brown and red color scheme. The avocado toast was passable, if pricey. Drinks were also fine. My partner wasn’t pleased with the flavor of hers…we were told…” it’s a coffee drink, and it’s supposed to be coffeey.” Thanks for that hint at a coffee shop. She asked for something hot chocolatey, y’all do hot chocolatey, right? Guess not, in a coffeehouse.
