The food was great and we ate here several days while staying at a nearby hotel. Unfortunately the woman in charge was treating customers tersely and was downright rude to her coworkers. This occured every day went. It was clear she didn’t enjoy working there and felt customers were a bother to her. I feel so badly for the people who had to work with her.

Placed a pick up order online while staying at a hotel next door. When my husband got back from picking up the food, he was joking about how comically rude the worker at the drive-thru window was. I ordered an egg and ham sandwich with a double egg, only got one egg. Bit into my sandwich and it was refrigerator-cold. Completely inedible. I almost never leave bad reviews because I genuinely believe food service workers are trying their best. That is not the case here. Bad attitude plus bad food is not a good combination.

I sat at the screen for a few minutes, so I figured the store was closed 2 o’clock Sunday afternoon so when I drove by the pick up window was 2 workers and they’re just having fun not even paying attention. It would’ve been pretty cool to been able to order lunch in my coffee now I gotta drive few miles down the road to another one on M 59 because your workers do not pay attention to what they’re supposed to be doing I wonder how many more customers just drove off today

I honestly believe that Tim Hortons has declined in quality and service over the last few years. Good example is their dark roast a coffee that is supposed to be a rich full body taste has less flavor than a cup of tea. Their foods have a rushed and low quality taste. Locally, in the States, Tim Hortons needs a review of their operations.

I ordered a Mocha Ice Capp and a Boston Cream Donut this morning. I couldn’t really read the board when she keyed in my order, but she asked if I wanted whip on my Ice Capp, so I figured I was good. I was not given a receipt, I was given the correct donut, but a hot coffee. I don’t like to fuss at the drive-thru (I have Anxiety issues), so I figured maybe it was just a hot mocha cappuccino that I could drink after work instead.

Went through got a coffee and had a coupon for b o g o donut all I asked is no sprinkles so they wouldn’t fall over my vehicle. Of course they gave me a donut with sprinkles. You had one job how hard is it to hand me a donut. Last week I went through ordered a medium double double. They gave me a medium black coffee in 2 stacked cups.
