We tried the coffee and it was nothing great. I would put it below Dunkin coffee. So the 2 stars is for the coffee. We were trying out the coffee houses in Michigan while on vacation. Very friendly staff and clean eating area.

Went through this morning after a huge storm took out power everywhere but this intersection. Tim’s was the Best choice for breakfast but half the town was in line. Naomi and the staff there were amazing, friendly, professional and fast. Very grateful for the save on a rough morning!! Great job, everyone.

My kids were excited to visit, since we haven’t been able to in awhile. The staff was friendly, but the service was too slow. I had to wait about 3-5 minutes at the counter before anyone greeted me and started taking my order. We got our order within a fair amount of time, but had to ask someone to heat up the crossant. I had ordered 3 cups of water, but they were forgotten. I also had to ask for sleeves for our hot coffee. When we got out to the car, we discovered that my wife’s coffee cup was broken at the bottom and had leaked coffee on her white shirt.

I got in line to place 4 separate orders and the lady on the speaker (7/27 at 9am) was so rude and impatient I just stopped ordering after 2 orders because I didn’t want to talk to her anymore. Please employ more professional individuals.

Bought a latte and avacado toast via drive through. Toast was burnt and even though it said latte on the cup , it was plain coffee. Worst service for not being crowded. Huh !

I have never been to this Tim Hortons, it was not a pleasant experience. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit meal. My side was a blueberry muffin. I got a chocolate chip muffin instead and the staff did not seem to care about the length of wait time or paying attention to what was needed for the other customers waiting behind me on line. It was more than 3 minutes that I received my food that I had to wait for my drink. I heard the staff say “did you add the Carmel to the mocha yet”? As my drink sat there under the mixer prior to this person asking about the Carmel. Customer service is everything. Just be mindful. Thanks.

I used to look forward to my cup of coffee in the morning. NOT ANYMORE. Took a few months break bc the staff turnover, the coffee made incorrectly & RIDICULOUSLY LONG WAIT TIMES. Wanted to give them time to redeem themselves. No point in that. Went back today. Waited in line for 15 min in drive thru. The first car never moved. Left without anything. I will never return. This place is shameful
