This was definitely one of my worst Tim Horton’s experiences. We went through the drive-through. All my husband and I ordered were two flavored coffees. But once we ordered, we sat at the window for literally ten minutes, no exaggeration, just waiting to pay. Then we paid, and had to wait even longer for our drinks. And when we did get the drinks, they were terrible! I recognize that they are short-staffed like everywhere else these days, but I’ve seen establishments serve much bigger crowds and much more food much better than this. We shouldn’t have had to be in a drive-through nearly 15 minutes total for *two* coffees. Will not come here again.

This place used to have great service and quality but has substantially gone downhill. I went there for a single iced coffee, that’s it, with only cream, nothing fancy, nothing else. I went during my 15 min break which was a huge mistake. Normally they’re super quick and it’s only a few minutes from work. When I pulled in, there were only 2 cars ahead of me. 2 cars. That’s it. My wait time in the drive through for a simple iced coffee was 15 minutes. i was like 10 minutes late getting back to work. So I’ll never do that again.

We we’re traveling from Michigan back to Chicago, and we stopped for donuts here because we’ve never had them and wanted to try. Didn’t know that the dining room closed early so we couldn’t go inside. Went through the drive thru and ordered just the regular mixed box of donuts. They were pretty good. Nothing great but decent enough. We might try again next time we go through Michigan, but earlier in the day so we can actually see what we are ordering.

I love Tim Horton’s coffee and stopped into the Westnedge Avenue store in Kalamazoo. The coffee and donuts were great! But the place was filthy. Trash on the floor, food crumbs all over the floors, tables all dirty. Three people on shift and there was no other customers in the place. They need a new manager that cares about the appearance and cleanliness of the place.

Service was fast. Food and coffee was good. A group of us stopped by on 4/8 and dined in. You could see the tables had been wiped off so they were clean but the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The building it self could us a lot of TLC. Prices were reasonable. We will probably stop by again.

The hours on their app and on Google for this location are not accurate. They are supposedly open for drive-thru until 7pm on Saturdays. I put in a mobile order at 5:08pm and when I arrived, they were closed. Nice that they managed to put on the away message for the drive-thru speaker, but did not manage to turn off mobile orders.
