So I’ve been going to Time Out since they opened, and the owners continue to make changes and improvements, which I think is awesome. The inside is HUGE (the building was a pool hall before) with tons of tables, multiple dart boards, and two pool tables. The bar itself is very good sized with seating all around it. They have a selection of gambling machines, too. The covered outside patio has lots of tables and three TVs (there are lots of TVs inside too). They have live bands often and host many fundraisers and other events. HUGE supporter of the community. The owners are great people and the staff is awesome. I’m picky about food so I have a few go-to items that I get that I know I like. It is a big place and can get busy. There are two women’s bathrooms (I don’t know about the men’s) that are functional and generally clean. I’m sure they clean them but I usually go later in the evening after customers have disrupted the order. I’ll go back for sure!!

Hands down the absolute worst food I have ever eaten. Chicken wings were rubbery and the Cajun Burger tasted like they just dumped a ton of cayenne pepper on it. Other than that the place has a good atmosphere and the bartenders were great. As long as you eat before you go, you should have a good time.

First time there. We hit a bad time as there was a large table of 25 patrons who had just ordered. It was ok. We weren’t in a huge hurry. It’s a bar atmosphere. Not huge menu. Not a lot of natural light. The bartender took our order at the bar, gave us our drinks and we sat down. She continued to check on us. She was very friendly and professional. She gave us a discount for patiently waiting. I had a burger. It was excellent. Freshly made not frozen. Other diner had pulled pork nachos and the other jalapeno peppers. Both said they were really good. I’m sure I’ll return.

Place was closing at 11 and, refused service. A bar that closes at 11 and has no pool table; you are a restaurant and Applebee’s is kicking your butt.

Fun place to grab a drink and have lunch, maybe play darts. They have the single worst bathrooms in the history of the city of Troy, describing it’s doesn’t even begin to cover how disgusting it is. The bartenders are very friendly and good people, and the food isn’t half bad at all.
