Food was really good. Ordered the Gen TSO dinner combo with White rice. Simple enough. Didn’t want to risk the fried rice aforementioned in other reviews. My food was ready in about 8 mins. $11 bucks for the meal and egg roll.. Q little pricey, I’m sure that lunch special is where it’s at.

I ordered chicken and broccoli and got 90% broccoli and 10% mystery meat. I personally like actual meat to bite into not fat and gristle or whatever it was. I’m very unsatisfied and when you call to tell them they don’t even offer to replace it their modo is they’re always right the customer is wrong is what I’ve experienced. I should’ve drove the extra mile and paid the extra few dollars to get something (China House in my opinion is the best in town) better ijs. Food was hot and fresh. When in town, we’ll definitely stop here again. We are a culture that is very forward and communicative. Other cultures are not only more reserved, but put off by boisterous personalities. That’s something to keep in mind before posting a review about bad customer service. Horrible customer service! This is the second time I’ve ordered food from this business and I will not return. The woman at the counter appeared to have an attitude. She was not polite, didn’t smile or show any kindness at all. It was as if she was bothered by me being there to place an order. Perhaps she’s dealing with a lot like everybody else in the world, but when people have customer service jobs and deal with the public on a daily basis, you smile and show yourself helpful and kind.
