Nice and clean inside sitting is open I went around 11AM -12 PM food was good and Fresh food cooked all day. From the lunch menu to the dinner menu it changes daily and weekly.

This was my 1st time ever coming to this place. First I will talk about the positive, good service from the waitress, cashier very friendly, hot cinnamon buns were yummy and gooey. Now, the negative, food was lukewarm. Chicken livers very dry and cold. Pork chops were dry, cold and tough. The bananas in the banana pudding was very dark. It did not look appetizing. The chocolate stuff looked very runny. The peach and apple cobbler was not flavorful the sweet tea was too sweet! The seats in some booths were ripped. The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed/swept. It needed it badly! The decor was very outdated.

Been to this location a several times and decided to go on Mother’s Day. We absolutely love the food and staff. It wasn’t overcrowded and the food choices were spot on. Ps: If you’re like me, you have to get the fried green tomatoes. It’s a country delicacy and our favorite.

Oh my gosh… WORST FOOD EVER! This place is awful. We were so disappointed. I would never recommend anyone to go here. It honestly felt like the mess hall at a retirement home. It was dark, musky and deathly quiet! Salad bar was pitiful. Food selection was gross. Seriously. Just plain gross! Look at my other reviews yall! I rarely give 1 star reviews!!! I cannot express enough the absolute danger to eating here! I am SHOCKED this place is even in business! My wife even contacted the local health department lol! I dont even feel bad leaving this review. I PRAY yall take this to heart… this place WILL make you sick! All of us were in the bathrooms ALL night!!! The only thing we enjoyed was our conversation with the cashier. She was sweet. Oh and we are pretty sure the 5 star reviews are either employees or friends and families of the employees. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Peach cobbler was great but not hot. Chicken and livers were dry. Real mash potatoes. Vegetable beef soup was good. Collard greens were good but they add sugar to them. My husband liked the Salisbury steak and my son loved the mac and cheese. The young man that waited on us was great. You can’t beat the price.

This place needs a makeover. Brighten it up inside, get some new tables and chairs, add some plants,.fresh paint job etc…Chicken is good, Mashed potatoes are real instead of that powder mess, greens are tasty, peach cobbler is ok, has its days. The staff is polite

We ate the Sunday buffet at 12 o’clock. The food was hot and fresh. Everything was seasoned to perfection. They have a variety of meats, vegetables & breads. They have a great dessert selection too.

This place made me feel like I was one foot closer to the grave. I would not recommend this to any person of color & especially if you’re under the age 65. The food is not what the name suggest. I don’t know if they have a different menu for the days of the week but the day I went, if that’s all they have to offer it’s pretty sad.
