Stopped in for lunch. Really had no clue what to expect from this food “trailer”.. Wife and I were pleasantly surprised. She got the schnitzel, I got one of the wraps. I’m a fan of wraps and I can honestly say that was one of the very best I’ve ever had. WELL worth the stop if you’re in the area!

A lovely place. The service was very nice and polite, going the extra step to make us feel at home and like we were having a family meal. The schnitzel was very nice and tender. Great spaetzle and pretzel too. A very pleasant stop that made me feel like I was eating some good European food.

Love this place, such a fun open environment for outside lunch. Food was great so be sure to save room for dessert because it will not disappoint. Love having German locally and being able to support such a great new business in this area. The owner Tom and his staff were very friendly and I enjoyed visiting and getting to know them. Great experience, go get some Schnitzel!

WHAT A GREAT FIND!!! This is an absolutely fantastic food truck! The service is wonderful and very friendly. The food comes out pretty quick since he makes it fresh to order. There are plenty of options for a food truck and everything we’ve had was homemade… pretzel, schnitzel, red cabbage, cucumber salad and even his fries were very well seasoned!! Oh and the berry strudel was amazing!! He had more desserts but he sold out (great sign)! If you want to try something new, come and give this a place a try… we’ll probably see y’all there!

Wow! What an amazing lunch. Outstanding and friendly service, too. We highly recommend you stop at this roadside German food stop. If you don’t, you will be missing authentic German good eats. We will be driving 40 miles again, just to eat here. It is that worth it.

Very pleasantly surprised when I ordered a breakfast scramble, had fresh veggies and crispy bacon, well seasoned, great presentation. The sauerkraut was incredible, bought more to take home. Wonderful people and great food. God conversation with a nice family owned business.

Wonderful service, absolutely #1! I ordered the schnitzel plate with red cabbage and sauerkraut. Unfortunately the red cabbage was way overdone and basically just turns into mush in the mouth, but the sauerkraut on the other hand,, very sour, very crout! Wonderful! The schnitzel (which is pan-fried by the way) was not as big as I was hoping it to be but has great flavor. And the gravy that is served with it is very silken and flavorful. The only downside to this location is trying to make a left hand turn out of the driveway into bandera. All in all, I give this 4.5 out of five stars and I am looking forward to trying more of their food in the future. Would totally recommend!

Went to the Tiny Schnitzel Haus for a take out lunch. I got the Jägerschnitzel, German potato salad, sauerkraut and a pretzel. Everything was fantastic. I will definitely eat here again and I recommend this to anyone wanting great German food at a great price. Thank you Tiny Schnitzel Haus for the awesome experience.

Great food and great service. The Schnitzel was perfectly done and had great flavor. The cheese spätzle was delicious as was the cucumber salad. The outside seating was pleasant, even on a hot day, with some breeze and shade from the trees.
