Tippys taco house has great service and the wait time from order to receiving your food is low. The tacos however are very low quality, you have to know what you’re getting yourself into. If you’re starving and want something cheap and quick this is the spot! I got chicken tacos and the chicken was definitely pre cooked and frozen then thawed and put in the tacos. If you don’t mind that then there isn’t any issues here.

I’ve been going here for almost 30 years. I’ve since moved out of Virginia, but when I visit home I make sure this is a stop for dinner. I have never had better enchiladas or beef tacos. The owners are a nice couple that welcome me by name even after years of being away. Highly recommended.
