Wonderful local authentic spot, jammed packed Sunday late afternoon but they made room for me, fast service and the food was good. If you want the local Chinese food experience this is the place for you.

We loved it! Crab dumplings and soups were delicious! Staff was so nice and lovely they give us recommendations and even they don’t have alcohol they said we can buy from the corner shop and have with our dinner and we done like that! Food was worth it!

The decor is very nice and the restaurant is very clean. However, the food is really avarage and is clealy worse than other Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood. We ordered a beef noddle which came with a broth that doesn’t taste much beef. The xiao long pao were really bad: too sweet (why?) and also broken even before we touch them.

wuxi short ribs was the best. And Xiaolongbao. Service was cool. They werent jiangsu people. But I grew up in Wuxi and I missed the flavors a lot. I can say for sure this is jiangsu flavors. Suzhou, Wuxi, Yangzhou (all 1 hour away from Shanghai) Baseball is invented in jersey, and frank sinitra in hoboken. I dont see how this is not shanghai food. I dont know shanghai food But we speak the same dialect shanghai people do. I will consider this a Wu restaurant.
