TJ’s bar and Grill in Greene Iowa is a nice clean little place. They have Booth seating and bar seating. Pretty decent variety on their menu, bar basics. If you’re looking for a burger or any kind of fried food stop in. They also have decent price drinks.

Love these guys!! Amazing food, and not just their “typical bar food” either. Their homemade lunch specials and salads (potato salad, pea salad, macaroni salad, etc) are incredible. The bacon cheese grilled chicken sandwich is like a little slice of heaven served on a bun. Their small town is SO lucky to have such an awesome restaurant!!

Normally good service (on slower nights) BUT… Watch the shot glasses you get… Some are literally, LITERALLY HALF the volume as others. My bf and I had two different shot glasses and after our shots poured beer in one and transferred it to the “bigger” shot glass. I thought it was an optical illusion until then…. Literally my shot glass was HALF of his… … Just order a beer friends…
