2 stars for the bubble tea it’s pretty good. But the chicken in the chicken sandwich and tenders taste like PLASTIC. I’ve ordered it 2 times 1 year apart and as of today it is still undercooked and taste like you are chewing plastic chicken. The first time I ordered it I went back after taking a bite and showed them how undercooked it was and they apologized and gave me another one and the second one they gave me was just as bad so I didn’t go back. I went back to get bubble tea today and decided to order the crispy chicken sandwich again a year later thinking it’s been a year they must of made changes but nope. I believe they are frying the chicken at the incorrect temperature or something because it’s literally never done. I am no picky eater, 3 undercooked sandwiches is no mistake my stove at home can fry chicken all the way done so I’m confused why a restaurant chain with professional grade equipment is having trouble frying their chicken so it’s done. Management needs to discontinue the chicken until it’s solve, it’s honestly a health hazard, and they’re asking for the health department to get involved. I hope they take this review seriously and make changes. Do not order the crispy chicken sandwich until they fix this your stomach will HURT after eating it.

*READ UPDATE AT THE END!!!!* I’m surprised at all the bad reviews because I’ve been eating from here since like November 2020 and it’s some of the best fried chicken I’ve had. That’s why I’m giving 5 stars. UNFORTUNATELY, tonight I was not satisfied at all. I ordered thru DoorDash because the app kept saying that y’all weren’t taking anymore orders. I got a 4 piece wings for my toddlers and a 10 piece for myself. Now, here I am 7 months pregnant having to find something else to eat due to our chicken not being fully cooked. I can tell the order was rushed due to how quick the order was delivered to my home. Not only that, the wing sizes were way smaller than usual. I’m very disappointed! The 5 stars are simply due to all of my other experiences since I first ordering from there and not based off tonight’s mishap.

The boabao drinks are really good. Tkk chicken not good at all my chicken also wasn’t all the way done. The skin had not flavor wanted try something different. The best out of the combo was the cheesy curly fries and the green tea in the combo is horrible I’ll just stick to the drinks. The food is way to pricey for the chicken to still be rubbery

Don’t bother ordering food here. I did not order bubble tea so can’t say anything about it. I arrived around 6:15 pm on Saturday. I walked right up to the counter; no waiting. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo but wanted the lemonade advertised online. They did not have it. Instead, I ordered a strawberry lemonade. Turns out it was $9.00!!! I couldn’t believe it! I waited at least 15 minutes for my order. They were not especially busy so not sure if someone lost or forgot my order. About a dozen people ordered bubble drinks and got their orders while I waited. Also about four people came in to pick up online orders and all but one picked up only bubble tea. When I got home and unpacked the food, the chicken sandwich looked nothing like the online picture. It was quite small, on a small bun and the bun was all soggy. It didn’t have much flavor, either. Don’t waste your money on the spicy chicken combo. Don’t expect fast service if you actually go there and place your order.

Ordered via DoorDash. This was the absolute worst fried chicken I’ve had in my life. Maybe it was my own expectations that failed me. I was hoping the chicken was similar for better and Royal Farms chicken. I’ll make my own chicken before I go back to this place.

We went in to get bubble tea from Kung Fu Tea and decided to order something to eat from TKK Express. While waiting for someone to take our order, they turned off the screen with the menu on it. When someone finally acknowledged us, they said their kitchen was backed up so they stopped taking orders. While waiting for our teas, they turned the menu screen back on. I don’t think that was fair. There wasn’t anyone else in the store so all the orders must have been online orders. We were there, in person, and they wouldn’t let us order anything. I’ve never gotten a welcoming feeling there and always feel like I’m inconveniencing them. We’re going to have to find another place to get bubble tea. It’s a shame because this is the closest one to us.

Just stay away this is the second time my order was incorrect but more important my food was not done. The customer service was awful . The restaurant was dirty Sunday evening i have actually never saw it like that. Yesterday evening staff failed badly.
