Another vote for the Cuban sandwich. Well seasoned, moist, and more than generous with heaps of roasted, shredded pork. The largest Cuban I’ve ever had. You could easily split one sandwich with another person and be satisfied. The sweet plantains were also perfectly cooked, and you can alternatively order savory, salted ones. Friendly and quick service.

Planned on stopping by after paddling the nearby Ichetucknee River. So glad we did ! Ordered from friendly lady inside the red trailer and our order was ready in about 5-7 minutes. I had the Cuban, eating half for lunch and the rest for dinner. It was loaded with moist tasteful pork and of course crunchy pickles. My wife opted for an empanada and a tamal which she says were good, however favored the empanada. She says the light shell was delightful. Highly recommend stopping if you are near Fort White and are feeling hungry we can heartily recommend stopping here !

Absolutely delicious Cuban sandwich loaded with meat and cheese! Got a very large portion of fries on the side. I got a guava cream cheese empanada to go with it. So good!!! Staff were so very nice! You are missing out if you don’t visit this food truck!

They have a good selection of foods, which by the way are excellent choices. The food is so good, true Cuban cuisine. You can call ahead or order at the window…it’s fast and the people are so friendly. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

We visited a few times while staying at an Airbnb in Fort White. We had Cuban sandwiches, pork with rice, beans & tostones, empanadas (all 3 kinds). Everything we ate was phenomenal. Having moved to North Florida 16 years ago from South Florida we are always looking to find authentic Cuban food and TKO is definitely the best we have found! The owner’s we very nice as well! We will continue to patronize them even with the 90 minute ride it will be from our home!
