WOW! The staff, the food, everything is just great! I went at lunch time on a Tuesday. Service was SUPER fast and the restaurant was quiet. I loved the mild red sals on the breakfast burrito and the huevos rancheros. Breakfast is served all day, which is awesome. You can tell the staff really cares about the food quality, too. I will definitely be back. I’m obsessed!!! Great for the health-conscious too. Many vegan and vegetarian options.

Must try this women owned and operated hidden gem, located in East Hollywood! Tlayuda serves up fresh, homestyle Oaxacan cuisine. Got to try all three aguas frescas and all of them were so refreshing and delicious. I started with the breakfast burrito which is stuffed with eggs, tomato, onion, serrano, potatoes, cheese and salsa. I tried a variety of tacos as well. Tortillas are handmade in house which I love.

Restaurante is Delicious! I wish they werent so far away, whenever I am in the area, I check to see if they are open (after 11am for the most part). It is a tiny hole in the wall and parking absolutely sucks in the area but it is so worth the hassle. Highly recommend!

Yum! I came here for brunch with my husband and baby, it was delicious. We shared a chips + guacamole, a Supreme Tlayuda and mole enchiladas and baby had a mini plate of rice/beans/scrambled eggs.

Oaxaca black mole chicken they do have, it’s sweeter than the brown moles. The ladies do a good job but it’s overwhelming the orders they have plan for a wait. My order was to go as is most orders so I took a walk after placing the order to the bakery on the corner. This is a Oaxaca community here as well.
