They have the best ribs that you will find anywhere. Friendly service and delicious smoked foods. The ribs are expensive because they won’t buy ribs that aren’t meaty and great quality. I recommend the mustard barbecue sauce. It’s the best!

So been driving thru Fredericksburg last 4 years & see this bbq spot but never stop. I decided to stop today, Staff was very friendly & smelled good but honest review. The Potato Salad was in my opinion very runny and no taste at all. Definitely needed Salt & Mayo. Tasted like a white persons Potato Salad. The pulled Pork sandwich was pretty dry even with adding their bbq sauce. Not gunna bash the whole menu as all I ordered was just that. Their prices are sorta outrageous like the full rack of ribs for $30??? Will definitely try some of their other menu items just to see if maybe it wasn’t a good day for the cook.

Highly Recommended!! This BBQ is on another level ! From the savory bark, to the succulent pulled pork. Don’t even get me started on the sides. Growing up in the county, I’ve had BBQ from some of the best. But TNT’Z BBQ is at the top of the list ! Disregard any naysayer’s folks, as they obviously don’t know what good food is !

Very disappointed today, the chicken was seasoned nicely and I loved the sauce I got with it but unfortunately the chicken was dry. The macaroni and cheese was inedible, I don’t know how to even describe it but it don’t taste like macaroni and cheese.

Ribs were dry and crispy on the outside and undercooked on the inside. Baked bean had a terrible taste along with to much salt. Just my opinions. I love barbecue and give props when deserved.

From the south so I love BBQ. This chicken pulled pork, greens and Baked beans all had way too much smoked in them. Almost like liquid smoke. We couldn’t eat the greens they were so smokey. Baked beans were the best. Both bbq sauces were tasty though.

Best BBQ food truck in town. Only once did I get an order I didn’t like – they used too much “fake smoke” flavoring and the BBQ tasted nasty. Every other time it has been delicious, though. Recommended.
