Been going here forever, but the last time was it for me. Didn’t order anything well done, just ordered a regular pizza, see picture for what I received. The bottom was ever worse. Ended up throwing out. (If I ordered well done, I would understand the char, but what the heck.)

.A friend of mine who grew up nearby recommended Mr. Pizza. This was my 1st visit and it was outstanding pizza and cheesy bread. Delivery driver was exceptionally friendly and nice. I definitely will be ordering with them again in the future! Great stuff!!!

Updated; I tried again, regular cheese and pepperoni was good. Store is clean and service was good. Owner is on site managing store. Previously I was super disappointed. $21. I wasn’t worried about the price. I was trying to buy a premium pizza and it was just very disappointing very little cheese I usually get the barbecue chicken pizza from 10 other places this was the worst.

I made an order on Door Dash to this place. The order kept taking longer and longer and then said it was complete, and delivered, yet it was not. So i called and they said the order was never put in, and they could start making it but would be another 40 mins after i had already waitied over an hour. I asked to speak with the manager and he proceded to try and give a long drawn out version of saying his incompetent employee did not enter the order in the system. I kept telling him i dont need his explanation but i want a refund or make the order and put it in frontbecause it was your mess up they said they couldnt refund it because it said the order was complete and they could remake it but inwas not willing to wait another 40 mins. Then it became a screaming match and then the manager hung up the phone. Unreal and never will i order from here again. A shame because it was good pizza. But the way things were handled was out of line. Thankfully door dash was able to refund me.

At 11 am I put in a pick up for 330pm. At 200, I got an email saying they were working on my order. It was still cooking when we got there at 335. Ended up being 20 minutes late. Wasn’t even for delivery. Had to wait 20 minutes and we were late to our own party.

It’s unfortunate. We have loved Toarmina’s for a long Time now, and this location is ruining the image. Having moved, it’s now the closest one to us. Myself having suggested Toarmina’s today was a huge surprise to the household, after having said last time they gave us poor unacceptable service would be the “LAST TIME”! Well I was wrong. Today was the last time. Each and every employee at this location is as a whole destroying a family loved pizza. It’s so terrible that we as consumers need to beg and drive back up and waste our time to have fresh food. I’m sick of it. And as a consumer the only power we have is where we spend our money. And this establishment won’t be getting any more of ours. One picture is what they served us, dried up and reheated bread. The other is what was given after I complained, fresh right out of the oven. Big difference. Now imagine how well the pizza will be after they significantly lose customers.
