ZERO STARS. I placed a pickup order Friday evening for a large 2 topping pizza, salad, and cheese bread. I arrived to pick up my order 25 minutes later and the cashier couldn’t find the order. I waited another 25 minutes and the pizza was incorrect, it didn’t have bacon. They took the pizza to the back and slapped some bacon on it and gave it back. The bacon was not cooked with the pizza and was cold and falling all over the place. I asked for more cheese on my salad and was told they’re out of cheese. My CHEESE bread was basically cheese less and BURNT. I called and request a refund but was told to come back Sunday to get my order replaced by Shaquille, who identified himself as a manger. I hope they keep their word and New Ownership get it right this time.

I used to really love the pizza from here, but not anymore. Ever since the new owners took over, it seems like they’re being stingy. My pizzas have been almost paper thin the last two times that I ordered. The slices don’t hold up at all anymore. They must be stretching out smaller amounts of dough or something. Because of this, the pizza no longer tastes good and I’d rather order from Markie’s. Toarmina’s is just too disappointing nowadays.

Waited just over an hour n a half for delivery. Then our antipasto salad, requested no olives, shows up like this? Who puts green olives in an antipasto and drenches it in dressing to be delivered????? Won’t be back.

I’ve been buying Toarminas for a couple of month now. Last night was the first bad experience. Ordered on line, Amp said 30 minutes pickup, went in at 30 minutes pizza wasn’t even started. They told me the manager said not to make it. ?? Then it would be 10 minutes. It was uncooked or something was missing. The pepperoni kept falling off the pizza along with cheese. It was a mess to eat.

Today I decided to try the pizzeria again after hearing there was new owners. I ordered two pizzas cheese pepperoni and a Hawaiian and a chicken salad.they were cooked perfectly the staff is awesome very kind polite and greeted me when I came in. The place is very clean .Nothing like the other people that ran it after PEPPER and TIM.Everyone should try this place since it has New Owners you won’t regret it.
