My first time dining at a ramen restaurant, so I had no idea what to expect when my brother and his wife introduced me to Tochi. I ordered the beef mazeman and OMG, the flavours are out of this world!! Such a big bowl of deliciousness that I took about half of it home and am enjoying it for breakfast right now as I write this review. The service is outstanding: friendly and just the perfect amount of attentiveness. I wish they were open for lunch as I head back overseas in five days and I want all of my meals to be at Tochi!! Photos are: my mazeman upon delivery; my neff enjoying his favourite dish; and my leftovers for breakfast, just as delish today.

Excellent bowl of ramen. I ordered the braised beef mazeman that a local suggested and it was delicious! The spicy miso eggs were done in the blink of an eye. Will be back if we’re in town again!!

Fantastic food and flavors. Service is very friendly and impressive. Dining area is cozy. Call ahead to reserve a spot, or eat at the bar. Dumplings had more of a ravioli vibe than a dumping. All around impressive for Sheboygan.

This place is very small so either make reservations early or eat at the bar. But that said the ramen is absolutely ridiculous. The broth is amazing and everything else is as well. The brat dumplings were awesome.

This place is fantastic! So much flavor packed into every dish. Definitely recommend any of the steamed buns as an appetizer. We had the Beef Udon (so tender, so tasty, and that bone marrow butter melting into the broth was next level) and Tonkotsu (so much flavor, and the pork belly was perfect).

Beef udon was good. Not a lot of seating, restaurant is hot, I don’t think there’s any AC. There is bar seating and a couple tables.

This place was cute. Went there tonight with a couple of my kids. Drove around the block like 8 times trying to find it because there’s no sign outside. Had no idea what to order but we got two beef dishes and we got the beef steamed dumplings. Everything was very good but I didn’t care for the texture of Udon noodles. I preferred the regular ramen style noodles.

Food was amazing, comparable to NYC Ramen. I believe our waiter was the owner, very passionate about his craft and energetic. Overall good food and good vibe. Would definitely go back for more.
