The perfect date night. We had the truffle sprouts & tenderloin carpaccio for appetizers. Both were light & flavorful; a perfect start to our meal. We then had the scallop & beef tenderloin entrées which included hardier sides. Everything was very well cooked with balanced flavors. We ended our date with the cheesecake. I called this the exclamation point to a wonderful dinner!

Such a fantastic dining experience downtown Waukesha! Tofte’s Table has great ambiance & even better food! The food is served family style with some small plates like tapas. The servers were politely attentive & the owner even stopped by to see how we were doing!

Had my first visit to Tofte’s Table and was not disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious, the service friendly, and the atmosphere nice. I sampled the Honey Martini, Tomato & Burrata, Butternut Shrimp, Braised Short Ribs and the Irish Cream Cheesecake. All were fabulous and generously portioned, but my favorite was the shrimp. What a treasure to have in Downtown Waukesha! I will be back!

The best fine dining in Waukesha at reasonable prices. Shareable plate experience makes this a unique and special occasion spot. Make reservations early because they book up fast and get the damn maple brussel sprouts! My mother was horrified that we were ordering brussel sprouts. She ended up having seconds! Desserts and drinks were phenomenal and service is always top notch! Under $200 for 4 people which was a great price for the exceptional food and service. Will always be back!!

A high end place in Waukesha. With small plates you can try lots of different things, all of which are excellent. On the drink menu, the Smokey Manhattan is worth the presentation and this is probably the only place in Waukesha that can make a Sazerac.

I love this place! Very delicious small plates restaurant. The menu is diverse and it’s difficult to choose what to order because everything is delicious. My favorites are the Braised Short Ribs, French Fries, and Beet salad. Tristan is also a very talented Bartender.

This place consistently provides a fantastic experience. Servers provide you the full description of everything you are eating, they are attentive, and just really pleasant. And the food, THE BEST. Tapas-style means food comes out as it’s ready, but I never felt I was waiting a long time between food coming. And it gave us the chance to try everything while it was the freshest. YOU MUST GET A DUCK CONFIT TOSTADA!
